This course series introduces the fundamentals of Internet Governance (IG) in simple, accessible Khmer language. Designed for young people with little or no prior knowledge, it explores what Internet Governance is, how the Internet works, who helps manage and shape it, and how young people can participate in Internet Governance discussions.

Through short videos, visual explanations, infographics, and everyday examples, learners will explore key concepts, understand the roles of different stakeholders, and discover opportunities to contribute to building a safe, responsible, and inclusive Internet.

The programme consists of three short courses and includes knowledge checks and reflection activities to support learning. It is developed by YIGF Cambodia in collaboration with Educational Broadcasting Cambodia (EBC) as part of the preparation for YIGF Cambodia 2026.
